  • Where is the store based?

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Yes, although we are still figuring out how to use international shipping rates on Storenvy! Please contact us if you have questions about shipping to your country.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International orders can take around 2 weeks up to a month to arrive depending on the location.

  • Which shipping option do I choose for my item?

    Please choose "keychains" for keychain orders and "stickers" for sticker orders. If you choose "stickers" ($1.00) for a keychain order, we will cancel the order and ask you to choose the correct shipping option. If you are ordering keychains/buttons AND stickers, please choose the keychains/buttons shipping option. If you are ordering stickers to a non-US country, please be sure to choose the "Stickers International" shipping option and not the default nor the option for shipping standard international packages.
